HOLIES Group members,Good evening!

   
Happy Chinese New Year!
   
    On this occasion of the Chinese New Year, and on behalf of the HOLIES Group board of directors and management team, I want to extend my sincere greeting and New Year blessing to all my colleagues and family members.
   
    Fruitful gains come with persistent efforts. The Group's five major segments have seen new achievements in the past year.


Liquor Sector
   
    In terms of production of Qinghai Huzhu Highland Barley Liquor Company, the new plant was officially put into operation, greatly enhancing the production capacity and the reserve of base liquor. Regarding the marketing, Tianyoude Xiaohei(Mini Noir), and Reba(Hot Bar) went public successfully. Through three years of technical research and more than one year of product packaging design, Naqu barley liquor kicked off the launch in northwestern region with the attitude "First battle is the decisive battle" in July 2017.
   
    Maxwille wine successfully entered the UK market after entering 50 states throughout the USA in 2016;Zhongjiu Cloud Map and Zhongjiu Cloud Code are fully put into use in Lanzhou, Henan, Anhui, which has proved that Zhongjiu series tools have a good effect on the business management, precise marketing and consumer operation.

Cultural Tourism Sector
   
    Huzhu Tu Homeland Scenic Area was promoted to the national 5A level scenic spot, among them the Rainbow Tribe's Tu Park and Tianyoude old distillery are the core of 5A. The number of tourists with an increase of 60,000 compared with the previous year. We are proud to say that our cultural tourism business has entered a profitable period.


Food Sector
   
    Regardless of production or sales, the New Clove Company has reached new highs in 2017. In particular, the production of Highland Barley Four Precious provided a very good help for liquor sales. Highland barley as a healthy food has a great market potential in line with the consumers' desire for a better life. We should strive to get our hulless barley food to catch up with our liquor.
   
    Huashi Research Institute has obtained the qualification of Qinghai Provincial Engineering Technology Center and successfully applied for four invention patents in China. It has made significant breakthroughs in the research of highland barley tea and by-products, and has successfully obtained the CMA qualification certificate.


Pharmaceutical Sector
   
    Furuide reached a steady growth.


Real Estate Sector
   
    Hua'ao is looking for new projects. We are still committed to continuously improve our staffing conditions in the future.
   
    All these achievements can not be separated from the support of provincial, municipal and county party committees, NPC, governments, CPPCC and the vast majority of investors and the broad masses of friends from all walks of life who have long been concerned about Huashi and supported Huashi. Many thanks for all your support.
   
    The New Year comes, the new fight begins! I want to use four key words to express our expectations and pursuit for 2018.

   
Integration
A corporate group is a collection of parent and subsidiary corporations that function as a single economic entity for a certain purpose through a common source of control. It refers to the corporate legal person consortium composed of parent company, subsidiaries, joint-stock companies and other members with capital as the main link, mother-subsidiary companies as the main body, and the articles of association as the common code of conduct.
   
Over the years, our corporate group has experienced more independence than union between sectors and sectors. In the new year, we need to strengthen the joint functions of the group companies and the interaction between the various business segments. First, talent integration. To realize the integration of the human resources of the entire group company, it is necessary to fully mobilize the most dynamic factor of "people" and enable it to become the focus of stimulating the vitality of the group companies. Second, strategic integration. The entire Huashi Group should form its own overall strategy and each business segment should have its own distinct strategy of development under the overall strategy. Third, Internet integration. It is necessary to gradually extend our internet tools to the entire group of companies and form a unified online integrated network. Fourth, business sector integration. There is a strong complementarity between the wine&liquor industry, the cultural tourism sector and the food section. It is necessary to operate independently and in a holistic way. The pharmaceutical sector should strengthen the development of medicinal liquor, and the independent products should become an important growth point in the future pharmaceutical segment. The real estate sector should continue to serve the entire staff of the group and seize the opportunity to create conditions for employees to continuously increase their asset income.

   
Intensivism
At present, the management level of our various business segments is uneven. One of the important reasons is that there is no collection and sharing of the group's internal management capability, management resources and management means. In the new year, we are committed to the intensive management of the entire group company, dedicating to the overall improvement of labor efficiency, organization, individual efficiency in all sectors, and bring the management efficiency and economic efficiency of the entire group company to rise to a new level.

   
Cohesiveness
The common corporate culture and common core values are the foundation for the simultaneous development and sustainable development of group companies. The core values of "people-oriented, knowledge-based, energy-based, result-based" in Tianyoude's new culture should also be the core values of Huashi Group as a whole. "Nine Rules" is the basic support and important measure for learning and implementing the "Four Fundamental Cultures." In the new year, all employees of the company should depend more on diligence than cleverness, more on progress than foundation, more on initiative than ability, more on contribution than idle work, more on responsibility than position, more on empathy than individuality, more on loyalty than background, more on filial piety than wealth, more on healthy than intemperance. The group should implement diligence, progress, initiative, credit, responsibility, concentric, loyal, filial piety, and health reality.

   
Synergy
The new fight begins. It is also the year when the first line brand continues to extrude the second and third-tier brands. Our anti-risk ability is relatively weak because of the limited base market. Therefore, we must gather the energy of the entire group to provide guarantee for the severe market competition. Quality and profit are the basic standards for all work in the group's five major sectors. Considerable reward comes from enduring quality. We must try our best to further improve the quality. Every cloud has a silver lining and there is always a way out, so we must seize the opportunity that belongs to us in the new period time and bring the whole group into a new stage of benign development.
